Cardivore Privacy Policy

Cardivore collects and processes the following information:
- Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided by Google.
- Card Collection Data: Information about your trading card collection, including card names, sets, and metadata you enter.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve app performance and user experience.
2. Camera Permission
Camera Access: Cardivore requests camera permission to enable card scanning functionality. The camera is used to:
- Scan trading cards to automatically identify and add them to your collection.
- Capture images for card recognition and cataloging.
Images captured in the app are sent to AI providers (Google, Claude, OpenAI, depending on which is most effective at the time). Those providers have their own terms though we utilize enterprise agreements, such that they won't train their models on your images, though we can't guarantee that.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Cardivore service.
- Manage your card collection and user account.
- Process in-app purchases for credits.
- Improve app functionality and user experience.
- Provide customer support.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Third-Party Services
Cardivore integrates with the following third-party services:
- Google Sign-In: For user authentication.
- Firebase: For data storage and backend services.
- Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases.
6. In-App Purchases
Cardivore offers in-app purchases for credits used within the app. Purchase information is handled by Google Play Store according to their privacy policy. We do not store payment card information.
7. Children's Privacy
Cardivore is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
